Job Summary
Toronto Redi Mix is seeking a skilled Batcher Dispatcher. You will be responsible for batching concrete and scheduling drivers to accommodate delivery needs on a daily basis.

Business hours are Monday to Saturday. It is essential to be flexible to workload demands.

Work may require additional/overtime hours as per business demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in the concrete industry
  • Batch concrete
  • Order taking
  • Assist dispatcher with the scheduling of drivers
  • Order materials for daily operations
  • Liaison between Customers and Quality Assurance staff for onsite testing
  • Maintain and organize records and documentation

Qualifications:


  • Able to demonstrate exceptional Customer service skills effective communication, adaptability, conflict resolution, empathy, quick thinking, and decisionmaking.
  • Proficient in working in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
  • Competent in dealing with a highly stressed environment.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently with minimum/no supervision and/or in a team environment and, must be selfmotivated.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Computer Proficient (Word, Excel).
