Mission Springs Restaurant is seeking a skilled server to join our team. As a server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our guests.You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience.
This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their meal
- Make menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep tables clean and organized
- Help maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
