Overview:


Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon and Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.

Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Performance Leads, the Administrative Intern will be a member of the Performance Management team. They will be responsible for coordinating the performance data in terms of inputs and production of weekly and periodic reports and dashboards.
The Administrative Intern will be responsible primarily for the following:

  • Part of a two-person team fulfilling administrative role in Performance Team
  • Management of data from functional and delivery teams to produce weekly visualization boards
  • Management of data from delivery teams to update master tracking sheet
  • Engagement with delivery and functional teams to ensure on time submissions
  • Working with Excel and PDF, utilizing inputs to produce high level management visuals
  • Working with the Innovations lead support the generation of innovations, development of concepts and presentation material and maintain the Innovations Tracker. Additionally, support the facilitation of workshops and innovations working groups.
  • Develop, maintain and coordinate production of Performance dashboards, posters and Vis Boards
  • Administrative support in organizing and coordinating meetings/workshops and preparation of materials

Qualifications:


  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to create and develop graphics and provide creative insight and inputs to improve the way we communicate data
  • Good working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to interface with all levels of the project team.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and work to deadlines and short turnaround times.
  • Experience in office administration.
