We're looking for a Recruitment Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who sees talent the same way salespeople see opportunity:
everywhere, all the time.
This role is for someone who loves the chase. You'll own the full recruiting pipeline, proactively sourcing, pitching, and closing top talent. You know how to spark interest, build trust quickly, and keep momentum moving from first contact to signed offer. Speed matters — but so does judgment. You'll know when to push and when to pause to get the right hire.
You'll treat recruiting like a relationship business.
Job boards, social media, referrals, networking events — wherever great people are, you'll be there starting conversations and selling the opportunity to join Township.
You're comfortable promoting a brand, telling a compelling story, and making candidates excited about what's next.Once prospects are engaged, you'll qualify decisively.
You'll review resumes and assessments, run sharp phone screens, and lead interviews that uncover drive, fit, and potential — not just experience.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers, manage interview flow, and keep everyone aligned so nothing drags or gets lost.This isn't about filling seats. It's about building a bench of talent that fuels performance. You'll track results, use our ATS and recruiting tools to stay organized, and continuously refine your approach.
Along the way, you'll stay current on industry trends, training requirements, and labour and immigration updates to keep our hiring strategy competitive.

Required Experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
Experience: 7+ years working with recruitment, hiring, onboarding for companies with 100+ employees
Other:
Valid Drivers License
