Do you have technical support knowledge with 1-2 years in IT support?
ABOUT US
We are an established industry leader in a sports related business, supported by an English speaking call center offering sales, customer service, chat and account management services for customers.
Role:
- Provide IT support for desktops, phones and wireless systems
- Cisco phone knowledge is an asset
- Able to identify, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner. Escalate and communicate issues with IT department
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills; track materials to ensure that inventory is up to date and accounted for

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
