Do you have technical support knowledge with 1-2 years in IT support?

ABOUT US

We are an established industry leader in a sports related business, supported by an English speaking call center offering sales, customer service, chat and account management services for customers.

Role:

Provide IT support for desktops, phones and wireless systems
Cisco phone knowledge is an asset
Able to identify, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner. Escalate and communicate issues with IT department
Troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
Good organizational skills; track materials to ensure that inventory is up to date and accounted for
