35 years experience handling air export and ocean/air import/export functions.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
Leadership experience is a strongly desired.
CIFFA related education or Logistics Certificate from an accredited college is an asset Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)

Responsibilities

Coordinate import/export traffic functions, data entry, and document distribution duties associated with ocean import shipments handled by Shippers First Logistics.
Shipment Status reporting: Check the daily monitoring reports, ensure that all measurement standards are being followed, and promptly report any instances of noncompliance Maintenance: Ensure that all customer rates are uptodate and thorough, help with any accounting challenges, carry out RFI and RFQ processes as needed, and guarantee that all communications are both timely and precise.
Participate in the creation of SOP's and Process Flows to optimize efficiency and accuracy of delivered solutions.
Ensure timely correspondence with our overseas offices and partners
Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
Timely update of all mandatory tracking events as per client requirements.
Efficient and effective customer invoicing
