Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of production (cutting, punching, welding, assembly, etc.)
  • Assign production duties as directed by production supervisor.
  • Train new employees
  • Health and safety representative.
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Oversee shift start up and shut down

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in vinyl window manufacturing.
  • Proficient use of hand tools and equipment (mitresaws, drills, routers, etc.)
  • Ability to operate CNC equipment (saws, welders and corner cleaners).
  • Fork lift experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge, ON N3H 4W3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
