    Job title: Supervisor, Performance and Quality Improvement IES (2025-532-CP)

    Job Description:


    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Supervisor, Performance and Quality Improvement. This is a permanent, full-time position within our Integrated Employment Services (IES) program.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis:

    • Maintain performance dashboards using Power BI reporting tools.
    • Analyze key indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports for data-driven decision-making.


    Main Skills & Qualifications:



    Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, program administration, research or operations support.
    A post-secondary degree or diploma is required along with strong Excel and Power BI literacy as well as administrative coordination experience.Skillful individuals will leverage their talent while working collaboratively across teams towards equity-based goals.
    Social service background beneficial.
