Immediate Opening for Office Assistant

Responsibilities
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Assist with scheduling employees
- Assist with invoicing and reconciliation with bookkeeper
- Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Marketing and advertising
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience as an office assistant or administrator.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Experience working with MAC OSx
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Due to the nature of the type of our company we require a Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Search_
