+Responsibilities
- General commercial litigation including High Court claims and complex commercial disputes;
- Financial services disputes including mis-selling and consumer claims product service disputes claims against regulatory issues for payment e-money institutions professional negligence-type claims;
- Contentious regulatory work enforcement particularly involving the FCA PRA regulators corporate regulatory investigations internal external investigations supporting potential litigation or enforcement action.
