Duties and responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms
• Conduct online marketing, Ecommerce and Website promotions
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales
• Design and produce marketing materials in line with our market strategy and brand guidelines
• Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Work closely with team to conceptualize visuals for campaigns, also manage post campaign analysis
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings and other events for publicity and information purposes
• Coordinate and establish our booth at various home trade shows.
• Oversee our existing Facebook social media accounts and expand our online presence on Instagram, TikTok, and WeChat
• Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative market surveys
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication solutions and programs
• Gather, research and prepare communications material
• University Degree in business marketing or art design is an asset
• 3+ years of proven marketing experience
• Mandarin or German Language will be an asset
• Comfortable with all forms of social media including Facebook, Instagram, Wechat etc.
• Ability to edit in Photoshop
• Must be analytical, detail orientated
• Able to work under pressure to produce results
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Photography experience and staging in real estate is an asset

$25.50-$28.00 per hour
