    The Senior Director, PMO, is responsible for increasing the strategic nature of the PMO by taking a lead role in enterprise planning and delivery, and building associated enterprise capabilities.

    The Senior Director brings a strategic perspective on business activities to enable the executive team to lead and maintain a clear enterprise portfolio of initiatives that are aligned to the company's mission, vision, and strategy.

    You will develop and deliver an enterprise Project Management Office strategy and portfolio, translate strategies into operational milestones to ensure delivery of project outcomes.

    You will lead a team of high-performing project leads to effectively manage the enterprise portfolio including scope, budgets, schedules, interdependencies, and risk.

    Leads the enterprise PMO using methodologies that increase enterprise-wide agility and productivity to deliver value consistent with the strategy
    # Researches, implements, and maintains best-in-class Project Management methodologies, ensuring integration of recognized standards and quality processes within the team and growth of enterprise capability
    # Builds capability through leadership of a high-performing team through providing guidance, coaching, development, and performance management of direct project leads and indirect cross-functional experts
    # Builds trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, including internal team members (all staff engagement), executive leaders, and external providers
    # Leads the process to establish executive alignment on portfolio direction, scope, funding, and expected outcomes
    # Accountable for enterprise-wide communication approaches that drive alignment and accountability, advance decisions, mitigate risks, and achieve desired outcomes
    # Identifies and integrates appropriate change management methodology for areas of the business impacted by projects within the portfolio
    # Leads processes that enable tracking, measurement, and reporting of the portfolio including KPI identification, resource allocation, financial management, and value delivery in support of the organization's strategic objectives
    # Provides analysis, insights, direction, and recommendations on key business issues to improve portfolio health, accelerate value delivery, increase productivity, and mitigate risk
    # Financial management accountability for the department including budgeting, forecasting, and purchasing in line with enterprise policies


    Skills:
    Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, communication skills (verbal and written), presentation skills, capacity to manage multiple priorities, leadership skills, autonomy, proficiency in MS Office

    Undergraduate degree in Business Management or related field, PMP certification, 12+ years of project management leadership experience, cloud-based SAAS/technology industry experience, supply chain technologies knowledge, experience in RFI/RFP processes
