Who You Are:
You are enthusiastic, autonomous, reliable, collaborative, and significant contributor to our Wholesale division.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Wholesale, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the apparel division of both ladieswear and menswear while ensuring the set budgets and category profitability targets are respected.

You play a key role in fostering cross-functional team collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop your team. You are driven, analytical, business minded and are a strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial skills.


What You'll Do:

  • Operate as a business manager of the ladies and men's apparel product categories to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin targets.
  • Manage the entire order process for ladies and menswear apparel ensuring the plan is properly executed, including initial shipments, replenishment orders, as well as overseeing order processing, order shipping and delivery cycle.
  • Set up applicable systems, line sheets and manage samples for seasonal markets.
  • You will be pricing the line (line costing) for all divisions.
  • Manage inseason inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Partner with Retail, Sales, Distribution Center (DC) and customer service team to ensure our orders are shipped on time.
  • Work with logistics and production departments to ensure on time arrival of product.
  • Submitting all buys to corporate office on time and with precision.
  • Create and maintain regular reporting as needed (i.e., selling reports and market recaps).
  • Facilitate resolution of supplier questions and issues. Also be the owner for customer escalations.
  • Monitor competition on an ongoing basis, this includes visiting stores to seek opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with various cross functional partners for internal process improvements based on supplier feedback and bottlenecks.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a facepaced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through.

You'll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Business or related Degree.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in fashion retail and/or wholesale management.
  • Experience working with any large retail Canadian accounts.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel.
  • Solid financial and budgetary comprehension.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Assurer la gestion commerciale des catégories de produits des vêtements pour hommes et femmes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes budgétisées et de marge brute.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de commandes des vêtements pour femmes et hommes en veillant à ce que le plan soit correctement exécuté, y compris les expéditions initiales, les commandes de réapprovisionnement, ainsi que la supervision du traitement des commandes, de l'expédition des commandes et du cycle de livraison.
