**A client I am currently working with, a lead manufacturer in the automotive industry, is currently looking for Production Supervisors for their facility in Oshawa, ON**
**Job Must Haves**
+ 3+ years of supervisory experience within the manufacturing/automotive industry
+ Strong communication and written skills
+ Open to being flexible with the schedule
+ High school diploma or GED
**Job Description**
+ Meets production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements
+ Complies with the terms of Local and National Labor agreements
+ Implements divisional and corporate policies
+ Trains, develops, and evaluates employees
+ Keeps management informed of developments as they occur
+ Maintains corporate management control systems
+ Maintains department records
+ Must support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals
**Shifts**
+ Mornings, afternoons and nights
