How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

The Regional Sales Manager for Home Healthcare is responsible for executing sales performance, through inspiring a team of sales professionals to grow the existing home healthcare business of Air Liquide Healthcare (ALHC brands).

The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare's safety and quality practices.

  • Manages team of sales representatives, as per company resources and policies, towards meeting or exceeding annual sales targets and nonfinancial objectives
  • Mentors and develops the sales team by ensuring that each sales representative receives ongoing training in selling skills, sales strategy, and product and market knowledge
  • Coaches sales team/individual to close identified performance gaps
  • Ensures adherence by the sales team to Code of Conduct, Ethics, Competition Law, and Anti-Corruption laws and Company policies
  • Contributes to monthly sales reporting packages ensuring accuracy for Sales Incentive Plans and managing reps towards achievement across all category objectives
  • Collaborates with the Regional Director, the Director of Sales Operations Effectiveness and Regional Leadership Team to define monthly, quarterly and annual referral objectives for Regional Homecare Sales Team
  • Contribute actively to the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of sales processes and reporting
  • Performs regular assessment of Regional Homecare Sales Team activities and results
  • Increases sales effectiveness by implementing key training programs and methodologies through training sessions and regular field coaching visits
  • Enhances performance of Sales team by enforcing optimal use of the CRM (prepost call planning, call entry, customer segmentation, customer targeting and frequency)
  • Collaborates with Regional Leadership Team and Sales teams in development of annual plans (monitored and adjusted quarterly), along with short term approaches to arising business issues, and strategic or tactical presentations
  • Develop an indepth knowledge of the territories, the brands, the market and the competition in order to prioritize business opportunities
  • Collaborates with regional management on referrals per branch performance and feedback from referral sources on delivery of services
  • Collaborates with the Regional Sales Management team through monthly performance measurement discussions and best practice sharing
  • Monitors competitive activity and performance and keeps the Marketing team, Regional Managers and others at Corporate abreast of regional news and competitive activities and trends
  • Develops relationships with key provincial home healthcare payers, Key Opinion Leaders and prescribers
  • Provides regular updates on key selling initiatives, major win/loss reviews, and market intelligence

Are you a MATCH?:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Science/Masters preferred.
  • 35 years of related experience in sales management in homecare/healthcare and/or medical services.
  • Proven record of sales management success and strong performance ideally in the medical devices sales sector.
  • Ability to network, prospect and recruit, as well as empower, inspire and maximize the potential of a committed sales team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy with Google Suite and analytical skills are essential.
