Job summary
Manage multiple client engagements including supervision of various client service teams ensure meeting of all client deliverables Manage performance of direct reports provide feedback in appraisal and guidance to staff career development Deliver accurate and timely work product within specified deliverables timelines in coordination with the vice president and other team members Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting specifically with respect to alternative investment funds with a focus on Private Markets Review all transaction documentation supporting files understand features investment transactions accruals etc Review work paper files for accuracy completeness capital activity investment activity income expense accruals valuation adjustments etc Review management fee calculations waiving contributions etc Review investor allocations capital account statements review capital call distribution calculations sources uses cash allocations investor notices Update review distribution waterfall carried interest models keeping applicable fund terms Provide guidance training developing Team members Support corporate goals business departmental initiatives
