THE ROLE


The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Executive Assistant reporting to the CFO, as well as to other team members.

The person will work closely with our directors and other environmental professionals on a variety of administrative tasks.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with the CFO executive assistant;
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to internal management;
  • Receive correspondence, classify and follow up as appropriate;
  • Ensure the management of administrative documents, including the preparation, review and archiving of documents;
  • Organize and coordinate appointments and meetings;
  • Ensure the reservation, preparation and general condition of conference rooms;
  • Organize events and trips and make necessary reservations;
  • Collaborate in the administrative management of the office (replacement period and help during vacations);
  • Perform all other administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:

Education

  • DEC or DEP in an appropriate field (office automation, accounting, legal, etc.);

Experience:


  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position (all fields combined) or any other combination of relevant education and experience;

Knowledge and skills:


  • Experience in an administrative role in a fastpaced office environment;
  • Excellent stress management to effectively juggle numerous demands and deadlines;
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork skills;
  • Very good knowledge/experience with Office suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
  • Have strong writing, presentation and verbal communication skills in both official languages;
  • Professionalism, thoroughness and ability to perform several simultaneous tasks effectively;
  • Be able to act with discretion, maintain strict confidentiality and follow directions, as necessary.

Language skills:


  • Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) in both written and spoken languages, as the person will be required to serve Englishspeaking regions
