As an ED FED Project Coordinator, you will:
- Support the ED FED PMs on existing and upcoming project works;
- Collaborate with external project team members such as Client/Owner, Architects, Designers, and Trade Partners;
- Prepare and coordinate RFQ/RFP documents;
- Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to source product furniture and medical equipment options, develop specifications, budget pricing, and meet procurement timelines;
- Plan and execute procurement activities between User Groups and potential vendors;
- Track project goals and deliverables, and report on monthly progress to the PMs;
- Coordinate vendor installation, commissioning, and training works;
- Collect and collate delivery waybills, operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning documents, and training documents; and,
- Facilitate weekly and/or monthly FED Team, Stakeholder and User Group meetings as required.
Is this role right for you? Are you...?
- A selfstarter, resourceful and detailoriented;
- Educated in Biomedical, Nursing, Engineering and/or a similar field (all considered an asset);
- Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project;
- Able to independently represent the ED FED Team while exhibiting EllisDon core values;
- A champion of learning and process improvement;
- Entrepreneurial and willing to strive towards better project management processes within ED FED;
- Willing to complete security clearances (as required by Clients);
- Organized and able to (re) prioritize tasks as needed with confidence.
