*What we'll love about you: - Technical diploma or degree in computer technology from a recognized Canadian or international institution.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the IT field.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to learn on the job, work independently, and contribute suggestions for process improvement within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to patiently address endusers using clear language while employing tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Familiarity with supporting and troubleshooting Windows PCs, Smartphones, VoIP phones, and various network devices.
  • Experience in administering a Microsoft 365 environment, that utilizes Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience in administering windows servers, virtual environments, layered networks, using various management tools.

Problem-solving skills, handle support inquiries, computer hardware, remote desktop support, customer service skills, organizational and time management skills, help desk, work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, experience in deploying, configuring, and managing SharePoint, inter-vlan switching and routing, NG firewalls and expertise in cybersecurity practices.
