CanadaPass is a Canadian immigration law consultancy firm based in Toronto, Canada, with several offices overseas.

Our team of experienced immigration consultants, lawyers, and clerks is dedicated to offering the best immigration services to our clients.

We assist clients through various programs, including the ones under IMP'S, LMIA-based work permits, provincial entrepreneur streams, start-up visa programs, family sponsorship, express entry, the Atlantic immigration pilot program, the rural and northern immigration pilot program, as well as study permits.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the accuracy and adjustment of the client's data, as well as the planning and review of all legal documents.
  • Complete immigration document preparation without supervision
  • Organizing files, managing files, and keeping track of deadlines
  • Maintaining timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders

Job Requirements
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in IMP'S, LMIA-based work permits, provincial entrepreneur streams, start-up visa programs,:

  • Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing skills.
  • Time management, as well as the ability to complete a tough portfolio.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • Detailoriented.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • The LMIA procedure (A-Z)
2. ,International mobility programs specially C12, C11, C10, Startup visa work permit,


  • Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) business and skilled groups

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
