Contract Management Prof

Location:

Job Type:
Long-term contract (1 Year) (Day-1 Onsite)

  • Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts, and contractrelated documents and gives proactive advice.
  • Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and/or processes.
  • Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.
  • Ensures Project Execution.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.
  • Develops, implements, and regularly reviews the claim strategy with regard to customers, subsuppliers, and partners together with project management.
  • Captures internal data and prepares presentations and analyses.
  • Contributes to the standardization of contracts and improvement processes.
  • 2+ years or Master Entry

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$35.00-$40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Contract Management: 2 years (required)

  • Claims: 2 years (required)
  • LoA OR "letter of authorization": 1 year (preferred)
- project management: 2 years (preferred)

  • Legal department: 1 year (preferred)
  • Commercial: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
