FYidoctors Penticton Marina Way clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest
Patient Services Specialist.
As our newest
Patient Services Specialist you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care.
This position is a
part-time, permanent position working
20-29 hours per week Monday to Saturday.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Administering pretesting services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problemsolving skills
What Do You Bring?
- Ideally, you will have customerfacing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fastpaced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
