Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and supervise creative ageappropriate activities which promote growth and development in young children
Daily setup and cleanup
Provide strong & direct supervision to children
Consider the individual needs and goals of each child and respond accordingly
Ensure the health and safety of the children
Work as part of the team, which includes children, their parents, and the centre staff members, using the philosophy of the centre
Works in conjunction with the Manager and/or Senior Educator to ensure the needs of the children are met
Give and take direction while making informed decisions in a fastpaced environment
Participate in team meetings and professional development days
Record and make data based decisions
Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Maintain a safe, and positive learning environment for all children and their families
Value and nurture the differences among all learners
