Customer service / Sales support:

This role include answering customer phone calls and support sales staff in their day to day transactions with customers, interact with customers and liaise with sales staff, and follow up on issues and concerns with customers and sales staff.

This role requires organizational and interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to get things done and consistently meet deadlines.


  • Complete data entry tasks, compiling and updating reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Tracking and updating reports.
  • General office duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask

Salary / Benefits
