Integration Lead to join our team in
Winnipeg, Canada or
London, UK.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Leads evaluation, development, planning, and implementation of organizational effectiveness measures.
  • Supports Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI)/Employee Listening and Organizational Research (ELOR) Vice President by coordinating responses to executivelevel or external requests, including presentations.
  • Collaborates with organizational leaders to enhance communication and tracking of strategies, goals, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Collects, organizes, and presents data to maintain task/project status and ensure issue resolution within established processes.
  • Leads design, logistics, and facilitation of organizational or leadership meetings/events.
  • Establishes and holds team members accountable to organizational norms and processes, including communication, branding, quality, and data storage requirements.
  • Manages enterprise projects or programs, as required (ex. External Technical Affiliation strategic engagement).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • In depth change management/integration experience
  • In depth experience with organizational effectiveness tasks, projects, and technology
  • In depth experience developing executivelevel communications, including presentations
  • In depth experience working with senior leaders
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
  • Must be eligible to handle US exportcontrolled data

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in Chief of Staff or Business Analyst role
  • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with global and geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience with formal or informal experience with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) (ex. Diversity Council, Business/Employee Resource Group, Inclusion Ambassador Network, etc.)
