Integration Lead to join our team in
Winnipeg, Canada or
London, UK.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads evaluation, development, planning, and implementation of organizational effectiveness measures.
Supports Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI)/Employee Listening and Organizational Research (ELOR) Vice President by coordinating responses to executivelevel or external requests, including presentations.
Collaborates with organizational leaders to enhance communication and tracking of strategies, goals, objectives, and initiatives.
Collects, organizes, and presents data to maintain task/project status and ensure issue resolution within established processes.
Leads design, logistics, and facilitation of organizational or leadership meetings/events.
Establishes and holds team members accountable to organizational norms and processes, including communication, branding, quality, and data storage requirements.
Manages enterprise projects or programs, as required (ex. External Technical Affiliation strategic engagement).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

In depth change management/integration experience
In depth experience with organizational effectiveness tasks, projects, and technology
In depth experience developing executivelevel communications, including presentations
In depth experience working with senior leaders
Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
Must be eligible to handle US exportcontrolled data

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in Chief of Staff or Business Analyst role
Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Experience working with global and geographically dispersed teams
Experience with formal or informal experience with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) (ex. Diversity Council, Business/Employee Resource Group, Inclusion Ambassador Network, etc.)
