Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and uptodate information on products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
