• Have a strong construction knowledge and understanding
• Have a willingness to take on technically challenging projects
• Have health care project experience
• Have ground up experience with envelope work
• Be looking for a stable, long-term position with a reputable firm
• Be self motivated and responsible and able to excel under limited supervision
• Be able to interact with clients, users and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Have a Carpentry ticket (TQ / Red Seal) or equivalent.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Have a working knowledge of Procore

• Maintain a safe and organized construction site
• Manage day to day site activities.
• Coordinate city inspections
• Manage and schedule sub contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Manage and schedule Own Forces labor requirements in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate subtrade manpower to suit schedule
• Work closely with Project Manager to maintain schedule and quality
• Comply with and enforce the company safety program.
