    About The Opportunity:

    If you're ready to dive into a technical role, you'll play a crucial part in guiding developers through property subdivision processes. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and safety standards, conducting field inspections, and reviewing design drawings for various projects. Effective communication skills are a must as you interact with developer representatives on-site and prepare detailed reports.


    About Your Background:

    We're on the lookout for a motivated professional with a Civil Engineering Technology diploma and eligibility for AScT certification in BC. With a minimum of two years in a civil engineering role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of subdivision approval procedures. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you excel in collaborative settings and shine in client interactions. A Class 5 BC driver's license (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
