    Description

    Our Rockyview, AB Agriculture (John Deere) branch is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Outbound Customer Support Adviser.

    The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Adviser is to proactively reach out to customers, provide information on Brandt parts and services, and ensure a seamless service experience for existing and new customers west of the Calgary area.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customer to offer information on Brandt parts, maintenance, and repair services
    • Work cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand customer base
    • Collaborate with service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently
    • Plan, develop and communicate territory coverage to maximize sales potential
    • Assist the customers in understanding the importance of routine maintenance and recommend appropriate service on the equipment needs
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service history in our CRM system
    • Increase parts and service sales
    • Implement yearly territory plan
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Extensive knowledge of the Agriculture, heavy duty and landscape industry
    • Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations and industry
    • Results driven with focus on achieving sales targets
    • Strong decision making skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively
    • Ability to build report and maintain positive relationships with customers
    • Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
    • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract


    Required Experience
    • 2 - 3 years previous sales experience in the agriculture heavy equipment industry (in a similar role is preferred)
    • This position requires 90% daily travel
