• Greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner in person, over the phone or online
• Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of their new or preowned vehicle
• Providing a professional presentation during different stages of the sales process
• Continuous follow up and aid to ensure all customers are given first class service
• Keeping current on product knowledge and required product training
• Achieving sales targets and utilizing the provided tools to assist in your success
• Attending schedules sales meeting
• Full compliance is mandatory on all training requirements and usage of all software utilized by the dealership
• Taking direction from management as required or instructed

• OMVIC Certified/Registered
• Experience in Automotive Sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Valid drivers license
• Must be able to work evenings and weekend shifts as scheduled
