Position: Millwright Operator - Day Shift

Location: Leduc AB

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with overtime on weekends)

Job Description: We are seeking a mechanically inclined Millwright Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventative maintenance programs, machinery repair, and proficiency with hand tools and equipment operation. Certification is not required, but experience in millwright operations and exposure to preventative maintenance are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, rebuild, replace, and install machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot and perform maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations.

Conduct preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on machinery.

Read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.

Request relevant parts for timely repairs with great attention to detail.

Operate machines and equipment in compliance with standards.

Support other production and assembly tasks as needed.Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience or equivalent mechanical background.

Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material moving equipment.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly.

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Compliance with company safety requirements.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and computer usage for system transactions.Additional Information:

Schedule may vary based on business needs.

Overtime may be required.
