Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team.

The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets positive example for colleagues through their technical and creative skill, being
punctual, and knowledgable of all menu content

  • You are required to maintain all health, safety and sanitation (HACCP) policies that we
will discuss with you, and must report any negligence to the General Manager

  • If any supplies needed for the function of FOH service are low or become depleted,
you must report to management. This will be highlighted in the shift reports.

  • Able to perform well in the positions defined as: bartender, Lounge server.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Be as much of an inspiration of positivity as possible, and acknowledging when you're
100% your self.

  • Additional to menu content, responsible for knowledge acquisition as outlined by

management (for example:
wine or spirit knowledge, and technical cocktail skill)

  • Able to operate and maintain all restaurant equipment required to perform all FOH
positions

  • Upholds and abides by VELA standards & ethos as outlined in HR document and in

Pay:
From $16.55 per hour
