    Join our client's team as a Power Engineer, responsible for operating and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment within their cutting-edge facility. We are currently seeking both 4th and 5th Class Power Engineers who are committed to safety, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in both independent and team-based environments. What's in it for You?
    • Weekly Pay
    Compensation & Hours:
    • $26-$45/hr. (depending on certification and experience)
    • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    Position Summary:
    • Monitoring and operating equipment such as boilers, generators, pumps, and dryer systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Operating a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials as needed, ensuring neat organization for efficient inventory management.
    • Performing routine inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures to uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance.
    • Responding promptly to equipment alarms and addressing any issues or malfunctions effectively.
    • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and implement solutions.
    Required Qualifications:
    • For 5th Class Power Engineer: Valid Alberta 5th Class Power Engineering Certification
    • For 4th Class Power Engineer: Valid Alberta 4th Class Power Engineering Certification
    • Steel-toed boots
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
    • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant regulations and procedures
    Bonus Points For:
    • Experience operating a forklift
    • Experience in food manufacturing
