    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to lead our ambulatory surgery center. As the Director of Nursing Services, you will be responsible for ensuring quality care and excellent customer service through effective leadership and management.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing, clinical management, and budgeting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Directs all activities of the surgery center, including daily operations and employee management;

    • Evaluates policies and procedures to ensure cost-effective, safe, high-quality care;

    • Maintains compliance with local, state, federal regulatory requirements;

    Please note that this position requires at least 5 years of experience as a nurse practitioner or registered nurse (R.N.) within an ambulatory setting preferably accompanied by administrative exposure
