We're looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team This position includes a wide variety of marketing, coordination, staff event planning and design in a dynamic and friendly team environment.

- Have strong coordination and organization skills to manage a variety of projects
- Enjoy working with nearly everyone in the company to gather ideas and provide support
- Have experience in Adobe programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
- Have experience in
Microsoft Programs:
Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Excel
- Have experience in
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong proofreading skills and an eye for detail
- Love the idea of gathering and pulling together strong promotional pieces and updating existing materials

A few things you'll focus on:
- Maintain and update our website and employee portal (intranet), collaborating with various team members to always have active and current content
- Manage our social media accounts, oversee the content calendar, create graphics, and work with the social team to write, develop and post content
- Ensure advertising and promotional needs are met, including monthly enewsletters, branding of equipment, tradeshow signage and PowerPoints
- Create, write, design and maintain sales materials, including brochures, sell sheets and parts catalogues
- Develop and update internal documents including handbooks, manuals, Microsoft Word templates and documents and fillable PDFs
- Assist in developing a system for product video creation
- Oversee all promotional materials, client gifts and corporate clothing, working with external vendors
- Plan staff events and celebrations, collaborating with the social committee
- Assist with answering phones and interacting with customer walkins, as needed
- Ordering supplies as needed
