    SailPoint IdentityNow IAM Developer

    Experience Required: 8–10 years

    Role Descriptions
    Responsibilities


    • Assist with the configuration and management of Sailpoint IdentityNowISC.
    • Experience in configuring factory application onboarding.
    • Stay up to date on the latest Sailpoint IdentityNowISC features and best practices.
    • Application integration to ISC and complete workflow configuration.
    • Document processes and procedures related to Sailpoint IdentityNowISC.
    • Design and implement Sailpoint IdentityNow configurations to meet specific business needs.
    • Automate user provisioning and access management workflows.
    • Troubleshoot complex access management issues.
    • Analyze audit logs and reports to ensure compliance with security policies.
    • Partner with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Sailpoint IdentityNow with other security solutions.
    Qualifications


    • 8-10 years of experience in IAM with a strong understanding of Sailpoint IdentityNow Identity Security Cloud.
    • Proven experience with user provisioning, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) a plus (L3).
