Comparative Medicine and Animal Resources Centre

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed functions. These functions are of high complexity and the incumbent performs them using general instructions.
Responsibilities:
Repair, maintenance and fabrication of animal housing, equipment, and devices.
Carries out cleaning/maintenance tasks.
May be required to operate various equipment for animal care and animal husbandry.
Tends to basic animal needs (feeding, cleaning, exercising, health monitoring)

Education, Certification and Experience:
High School diploma, with two years of relevant experience. *Hours may vary from 2830 hours per week. May be required to work weekends and holidays*._
