We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team


The Customer Service Representatives will liaise with the Customer Service Manager to ensure outstanding quality of service is provided to our customers.

This includes varying levels of interaction with client base as well as processing orders and service requests.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides the daytoday backend customer service support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives.
  • References orders in ordering system when required as per the department referencing process for new orders.
  • Prioritizes orders according to customer requests, ie., rate colour, unique shape, and other special requests.
  • Works with the Product Detailer to ensure the prompt processing of all shapes, bays and bows.
  • Provides either first or second check on any new order processed by manually crossreferencing customer order to order entered.
  • Qualifies and processes service requests and orders required parts.
  • Qualifies rush orders from customers by collaborating with customer to ensure validity and timeline.
  • Processes qualified rush orders by working with Customer Service Manager and Production to determine various options.
  • Supplies customers with quotations which may involve contacting suppliers for availability and pricing.
  • Attends weekly meetings or as needed to provide status updates on customer orders and service requests to ensure all orders/requests are complete or ontrack to be completed efficiently.
  • Supports the Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Backsup Reception as required during break times, and during absence of the Receptionist.
  • Provides assistance and information to walk in customers regarding our our products.
  • Coordinates the efficient processing for any product returned for repair. Includes issuing an RMA, ensuring the product is returned, reworked and reshipped in a timely manner.

Qualifications:


  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business or similar discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative and/or a customer service role
  • Highly customerfocused and action oriented
  • Advanced problemsolving skills and analytical ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team oriented contributor with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
