**A quoi ressemblera mon quotidien ?**
- La fonction d'un ouvrier général de production comprendrait, mais sans s'y limiter:

- coupe transversale
- mise en page de découpe sur mesure
- processus d'emballage et de chargement
- Notre usine coupe et code les produits isolants coniques pour le remontage sur le toit.
- La fonction du travailleur comprendrait:

- assister l'opérateur pendant le processus de fabrication
- nettoyage à chaque poste en fin de journée.
- Les produits d'isolation comprennent le polyisocyanurate, le polystyrène expansé, le polystyrène extrudé et la fibre minérale Roxul

**Qu'est-ce qui m'est demandé ?**
- Expérience de la conduite d'un chariot élévateur à contrepoids.
- Capable de lire la mesure impériale.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et avoir un excellent esprit d'équipe.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à faire preuve de leadership.
- Solides compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité de travailler en toute sécurité avec des outils manuels et électriques.
- Une bonne aptitude mécanique.
- Capable de soulever des charges jusqu'à 50 lb sans difficulté.
- Doit être en bonne condition physique.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en entrepôt/production.
- Expérience avec la construction de produits/entrepôt.
- Certification d'opérateur de chariot élévateur et/ou d'antichute.

**Our division Posi-Slope Western, market leader in the design and production of tapered roof insulation, is currently offering a Production Worker position in Montreal, QC.**

**What will my day-to-day look like?**
- The function of a general production worker would include, but is not limited to:

- cross cutting
- layout of custom cutting
- packaging and loading processes
- Our factory cuts and codes tapered insulation products for reassembly on the roof.
- The function of the worker would include:

- assisting the operator during the fabrication process
- clean up at each station at the end of the day.
- The insulation products include Polyisocyanurate, Expanded Polystyrene, Extruded Polystyrene and Roxul Mineral Fibre

**What is required of me?**
- Experience driving counterbalance forklift.
- Able at reading imperial measure.
- Ability to work independently and have great team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and to demonstrate leadership.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work safely with hand and power tools.
- A good mechanical aptitude.
- Able to lift up to 50lb loads without difficulty.
- Must be in good physical condition.

**What will give me an edge over other applicants?**
- 1-2 years previous Warehouse/Production experience.
- Experience with building products/warehouse.
- Forklift Operator and/or Fall Arrest certification.
