Position Purpose

Position Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

  • Listens to and gains knowledge of the customer and CAM/NAM experience. Pulls data to analyze current customer purchasing patterns and partners with outside sales teams to develop streamlined processes to support customers in how they choose to shop us.
  • Communicates strategy and priorities to achieve team's objectives and goals to stakeholders
  • Participates in projects where there is an impact to these customers to develop and gain alignment on solutions using an agile approach with internal and external IT teams
  • Partners with cross functional teams to ensure this customer is supported from a consistent and easy shopping experience
  • Aids in research of competitive landscape, to share insights, to recommend the best solutions to improve business efficiency and ensure we continue to meet our objective and goals.
Delivery and Execution

  • Develops and rolls out customer processes to internal, outside sales, field and store teams
  • Creates and aligns stakeholders on change management strategy for stores and leadership to provide the why within the changes
  • Helps formulate, test and refine assumptions through feedback and proof of concept projects
  • Validates current processes, aligns stakeholders on future state processes and creates user stories with business stakeholders, UX and IT partners
  • Identifies and shares benefits, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements
  • Prepares and analyzes reporting for field and leadership teams on sales and operational metrics and provides insights and recommendations to improve metrics
  • Supports the team with overflow when required
People

  • Fosters collaboration with cross functional team members (stores, stakeholders, IT, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impediments
  • Advocates for the customers and associates by providing insight on sales driving activities
  • Communicates effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Provides feedback to other functional businesses and the field to ensure any process changes that may impact this customer are value add changes

Experience / Knowledge Required:


  • Must fulfill minimum timeinposition (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+)
  • Flexible work shifts and travel as necessary
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
  • Selfstarter, efficient, organized, and able to product high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to use Tableau for data analytics and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Strong project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
  • Bilingual French/English an asset.
