Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of clinic staff, including cosmetic practitioners, nurses, receptionists, and administrative personnel.

Quality Assurance: Maintain and uphold the clinic's reputation for providing top-tier cosmetic services by ensuring consistent quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring all clients receive exceptional care, personalized attention, and a positive overall experience.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and excellence.

Scheduling and Resource Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, staff schedules, and resource allocation to maximize clinic productivity and optimize patient flow.

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cosmetic products, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing waste.

Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage budgets, track clinic financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations, certifications, and best practices, ensuring the clinic operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies, events, and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational, customer service, or staff-related issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within the cosmetic or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic treatments, procedures, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the cosmetic industry.
- Business acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
