Responsibilities:

Work closely under direction of property general manager
Manage and oversee daily operations of branded resort property
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Coordinate, oversee and perform property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
Prepare and maintain property records
Utilize a computerized property management system to track work orders and maintenance requests
Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality property management or a related field preferred
Knowledge in Pool maintenance and testing preferred

- experience in minor building maintenance and repairs

Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and record keeping
Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
Knowledge of office procedures, including phone etiquette and professional communication
Ability to effectively work with property general manager and resolve conflicts
Familiarity with hospitality property management software is a plus

- hospitality experience is beneficial for operational structure is an asset
