The role we are offering you:

By joining our operations research team, you will have the opportunity as a Technical Specialist to implement optimization engines within the context of flight operations. In addition to, explain the output of complex engines in a way understandable by an airline business user. Are you ready to:

• Interpret business requirements and converting them into parameters understandable by a mathematical engine.
• Walk through airline processes and how an optimization engine will fit into an overall picture.
• Set up reports to explain cause and effect to customers, in the context of the parameter changes requested.
• Write Python scripts to help collate data and draw insights on optimization.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's (with Honours) or higher in Operations Research, Computer Science, or other related field.
• Understanding of airline processes.
• Previous experience with optimization engines in an airline context.
• Knowledge and ability in Python is not necessary, but is beneficial.
