About the Role
In this opportunity as a
Platform Support Manager, you will:

  • Manage and provide technical support to technical engineering team across multiple initiatives
  • Develop new approaches to solve somewhat ambiguous problems identified across the software development lifecycle.
  • May manage budget for projects, programs or products within area
  • Lead multiple crossfunctional project teams
  • Ensures engineering teams are effectively executing efficiently, effectively addressing issues that arise.
  • Provide the team with thought leadership to promote reuse and develop consistent, scalable patterns.
  • Provide suggestions for handling routine and moderately complex technical problems, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management.
  • Evaluates new technologies and participates in decisionmaking, accounting for several factors

About You
You're a fit for the role of
Platform Support Manager if your background includes:

  • Master Data Management (MDM),
  • Strong experience with Support Systems,
  • Experience with IT Operations Support
  • Proficiency with AWS
  • Experience with SQL Server/Postgres/Oracle
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field is ideal
  • Experience IT Support and Development is a plus
  • Python/Java/Datadog experience is a plus
  • AWS Certification is a plus
