The Human Resources Data Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a Human Resources (HR) department.

This position is primarily focused on handling data entry tasks that are vital for the management and operation of HR functions.

Key responsibilities include the entry and maintenance of HR-related data, which encompasses a wide range of information, such as employee details and payroll-related changes.

Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in this role, as the data entered forms the foundation for many HR decisions and processes.

Additionally, this role involves a significant amount of document management.

Job Duties

  • Enter new hire records accurately into the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Process verification of employment requests promptly and accurately
  • Maintain uptodate employee personnel files in the electronic personnel file system
  • Perform various data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Both English and French Language Skills are required, written and verbal.
  • HR, Administrative or Data Entry Experience Preferred
