Marketing & Data Entry Representative (3 Months Contract)

Reporting to:
National Sales & Marketing Manager

provides a wide range of services including product design, sheet metal fabrication, structural welding, and assembly processes to a variety of industries.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Collaborate with Sales and Engineering department
Input catalogue information into PIMCORE database
Able to navigate through different operating systems
Able to link drawings and other documents into PIMCORE database
Frequent use of ERP system e.g. Syspro
Assist on salesrelated projects and assignments as required
Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

University Degree or College Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent preferred but not required
Fluency in French is a definite asset
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to enter data accurately
Must be an intermediate user of Microsoft Office Programs
Previous experience in Sales is a definite asset
