Here is what you will do_

VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator for our St Catherines location.

The Branch Care Coordinator provides support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.

Provides helpful, friendly service to customers by providing general information, and directing telephone and walkin inquiries to appropriate staff members.
Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch. Provides information/literature to prospective clients.
Creates walkin appointments for therapeutics and books followup appointments for the branch.
Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.
Assists in the management of equipment including warranty, maintenance and repair for internal assets, as well as customer owned medical devices and other products.

Here is what you will need_

College Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent
12 years of experience in a Call Center or in Office Administration
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with strong data entry skills.
Able to work flexible hours and provide service to our customers for extended hours.
Agreeing to disclose your COVID19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment.
