- Generating work orders & scanning sheets for planned and emergency work requests
- Handing out work orders and scan sheets for staff
- Identifying recommendations and or areas for improvement
- Purchasing necessary parts & equipment
- Following up with staff on all outstanding work orders
- Closing all complete work orders for processing
- Processing inventory parts returns when required
- Collaborating with Maintenance and other leaders to solve problems
- Ensuring compliance of proper safety, Bio-security and environmental requirements when planning work orders
- Experience in maintenance mechanical repairs or maintenance planning role
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confined space, Forklift operation an asset
- Experience in barn settings an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
