The Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) is a delegated administrative authority with a mission to improve electrical safety for the well-being of the people of Ontario.

With the unprecedented changes in technology and the electrification transformation underway in Ontario, it's an exciting time to be part of the ESA as it evolves its role as a valued part of the electricity ecosystem.


Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, the Director of Labour Relations will lead the ESA's labour relations function in the development and maintenance of a labour environment that enhances the organization's ability to meet its ongoing mandate.

They are a solutions-oriented, strategic, and hands-on leader responsible for delivering high quality labour relations counsel, guidance, and support.
