Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with the Operations and FP&A Teams to develop and monitor annual budgets, as well as improve and streamline the budgeting and planning process.
  • Forecasting and

Performance Tracking:
Analyze and communicate trends, performance indicators and practice productivity to help steer corrective actions when required.

  • Scheduling and

Performance Tracking:

Analyze results and develop plans for the Operations Field team to mitigate gaps and drive change in scheduling compliance and management of labour spend to budget.


  • Operations Scorecard Development: Leverage existing data sources from varying functional areas to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and to create actionoriented insights. Engage with crossfunctional teams to understand their requirements and ensure the scorecard provides valuable insights for decisionmaking.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the Operations department. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, HR and other relevant stakeholders, to gather data, share insights, and create data-based decisions.


  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the financial planning and reporting processes. Implement improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in the budgeting and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to share financial and operational performance updates with stakeholders. Tailor the information to suit different audiences and support decisionmaking at all levels of the organization.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent support to our practice community.
What we're looking for

  • At least 5 to 7 years of analytical work experience with degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in multiunit retail and/or healthcare budgeting / planning experience is required
  • Experience working with workforce management systems and/or Workday is a plus.
  • Highly curious and selfmotivated problem solver
  • Ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions and provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Strong influencing skills to drive positive change and collaboration across crossfunctional teams
  • Excellent communicator, presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly serviceoriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
  • Proven ability to and enjoy working in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
